FINDING A HOME:
Finding your dream home in this market requires a lot more than just looking on your favorite online home site. First of all make sure you set up a search on Real Scout. It has the most up to date listings and I can see what you love and hate which helps me when I look for off market properties for you.
OFF MARKET KNOWLEDGE:
I spend most of my time every day looking at the private mls, top agent network and internal @properties app for properties before they hit the market. I recently found a property off market and we were able to get a head start and get it under contract before it went live. When it went live it had 57 showing requests the first day! It is essential to have a realtor that is passionate about finding you that gem before anyone else sees it.
I am here to walk you thru the entire process of buying a home and answer any questions you have. There is A LOT to know about every step of the process. How do I get rid of PMI? What is PMI? Should I ask for a home warranty? What should I look for in inspection? How do I get the best mortgage rate? Inspection reveled issues how do I break contract? Are just some of the many questions that can come up. It is important to have an experienced Realtor by your side.
You work directly with me to look at homes, not a buyers agent on my team. You have me. Which means I get to know what you love and hate and can find you off market gems that fit your criteria.
Before I was a Realtor I worked as an Interior Designer doing projects in Chicago, South Africa and Costa Rica. I am here to help you see past the ugly wallpaper and the dated finishes and get you a deal on a home that could be incredible but may be hard to see.

There is a lot of paperwork and deadlines to stay on top of. It is very important to have someone that does this everyday to help you navigate from contract to close.

You are free to use whoever you would like as an Attorney and Inspector but these are very important people in the process and you want to make sure you have the best on your side. I can help you make sure of that.
First thing I like to do is sit down and have coffee and get a sense of what you are looking for and what is important to you. I ask a lot of questions. Most of my buyers find something their first day out and I credit this to spending time with you before going out and truly understanding what you are looking for in a home.
