This means sometimes I turn away clients as I want you to feel like you are my only client when you work with me.
WHY WORK WITH ME:
I don't just set you up on a search and wait for things to hit the market, I am making phone calls with developers and investors that I know in the areas you are looking in to see if there is anything we can find for you before it goes on the market. I am also reaching out to other agents that do a lot of sales in the area to see if they have anything coming on market.
Finding a home is only step one and you want to be sure you have an agent by your side looking for off market properties so you don’t miss a place like THIS ONE or THIS ONE that I found for my buyers.
Once we find you a home you need someone negotiating on your behalf to get you the best price and terms. Do you want a home warranty? Credits? Longer inspection and attorney period? Long close or short close? There are a lot of moving parts and it is so important to have someone you trust working hard to get you the best deal possible.
When we are under contract then its organizing inspectors, attorneys, handymen, the loan process, fighting appraisals, etc.
When things get crazy and they almost always do, I am there to take care of any problems that come up. (leave examples?)
First thing I like to do is sit down and have coffee and get a sense of what you are looking for and what is important to you. I ask a lot of questions. Most of my buyers find something their first day out and I credit this to spending time with you before going out and truly understanding what you are looking for in a home.
