A short phone consultation to discuss your time frame and goals so that I can fully understand your needs and wants.  This will only take 10-15 minutes.  I will start working on a thorough market analysis for you at this point and will email you a preliminary Comparative Market Analysis for you to preview and get familiar with before I come tour your home. 


I will come by your house and have you show me your property as you would a potential buyer.  I will take extensive notes and we can discuss everything you love about your home and also identify any potential challenges.  


After I've seen the property we will sit down and discuss marketing strategy and look over recently sold homes in the area and other market data to determine the best price for your property. If everything sounds good, we will sign the listing agreement and I will get started marketing your property. 


Having grown up in Lisle and being a Lisle Senior High School grad I have exhaustive knowledge of the homes and neighborhoods in Lisle beyond ones typical Real Estate expertise.
