I am passionate about finding you your dream home. It is one of the biggest decisions of your life and has the potential to be very stressful. I want to make the process easy for you and for you to feel well taken care of every step of the way.  I will guide you thru the entire process, be your expert negotiator when we make an offer, advise you thru inspection, attorney and lender deadlines and am here for the roller coaster of emotions that can go into buying a home.  I want to be your friend and your trusted advisor in buying your dream home. I am there for you every step of the way. 

FINDING A HOME: 

Finding your dream home in this market requires a lot more than just looking on your favorite online home site.   First of all I will make sure you are set up with a search on Zenlist. It has private off market listings that you can view and you can easily share properties with me and make notes on what you love and hate.

OFF MARKET KNOWLEDGE:

I don't just set you up on a search and wait for things to hit the market, I am making phone calls with developers and investors that I know in the areas you are looking in to see if there is anything we can find for you before it goes on the market. I am also reaching out to other agents that do a lot of sales in the area to see if they have anything coming on market.  

I also spend time every day looking at the private mls, top agent network and internal @properties app for properties before they hit the market.  I recently found a property off market and we were able to get a head start and get it under contract before it went live.  When it went live it had 57 showing requests the first day! It is essential to have a realtor that is passionate about finding you that gem before anyone else sees it. 

EDUCATION:

I am here to walk you thru the entire process of buying a home and answer any questions you have.  There is A LOT to know about every step of the process. How do I get rid of PMI? What is PMI? Should I ask for a home warranty? What should I look for in inspection? How do I get the best mortgage rate? How do I break contract if there are inspection issues? Are just some of the many questions that can come up. It is important to have an experienced Realtor by your side.

SHOWINGS: 

You work directly with me to look at homes, not a buyers agent on my team.  You have me.  Which means I get to know what you love and hate and can find you off market gems that fit your criteria.  

INTERIOR DESIGN: 

Before I was a Realtor I worked as an Interior Designer doing projects in Chicago, South Africa and Costa Rica.  I am here to help you see past the ugly wallpaper and the dated finishes and get you a deal on a home that could be incredible but may be hard to see. 

MAKING AN OFFER & NEGOTIATING TERMS:  

I am here to get you the best price and protect you. I’ve helped clients win in multiple offer situations for $20,000 lower than the highest offer. I am creative and always look out for your best interests. I want to make sure you not only get a home you love but that you are also making a very wise financial decision.

PAPERWORK:

There is a lot of paperwork and deadlines to stay on top of. It is very important to have someone that does this everyday to help you navigate from contract to close.

ATTORNEY & INSPECTOR DREAM TEAM:

You are free to use whoever you would like as an Attorney and Inspector but these are very important people in the process and you want to make sure you have the best on your side. I can help you make sure of that.

First thing I like to do is sit down and have coffee and get a sense of what you are looking for and what is important to you.  I ask a lot of questions.  Many of my buyers find their home very fast. I credit this to spending time with you before going out and truly understanding what you are looking for in a home.
