Every home is unique and requires a specialized marketing plan.  From Drone Images to Video and Twilight shots I do everything to make your home stand out. I am very proactive in finding buyers for my listings. I am not one to put a sign in your front yard and wait.  I come up with a custom marketing plan for every home so we can target and position your home for your ideal buyer.

What price do you list at? Where do I market my home? How do I set up showings? How do I make sure buyers are even qualified? What legal documents do you need? How should I respond to offers? How fast should I expect my home to sell? When should I consider lowering the price? What if the home fails inspection? What if appraisal comes back short? What if buyer wants to back out?

STAGING & PREPPING FOR MARKET -

Should I paint? Fix up the bathroom before listing? Will I make more money if I do? I will advise you on the most cost effective ways to get the most money for your home. And help you get your home ready for pictures and a virtual walk thru.

FIRST STEP -

NEXT - 

I will come by your house and have you show me your property as you would a potential buyer.  I will take extensive notes and we can discuss everything you love about your home, any updates you have done and also identify any potential challenges.  Then we can sit down and discuss marketing strategy and look over recently sold homes in the area and other market data to determine the best price for your property. If we feel we are a good fit, we will sign the listing agreement and get started.
